Do you offer telemedicine visits?

Yes! We now offer telemedicine urgent care services to anyone in the state of Georgia! If you are traveling, out of town, or visiting family and need an urgent visit you still have access to the same quality care you deserve. We can even start a visit virtually and arrange for curbside testing as a part of your regular visit. Click Here for more information.

What COVID testing do you offer?

We offer a full complement of in-house COVID testing, with same day results. We have PCR testing that meets there requirements for travel, antigen testing, and antibody testing. Check here for a more detailed list of the services we offer.

How can I register online?

We offer a HIPAA compliant online registration system to speed up your visit. There are two parts to the registration.

For for the first visit to our clinic we need a New Patient Registration. This helps us collect your demographics, name, address, insurance information, etc.

The second part is the Today’s Visit where you can explain your acute medical concerns. We need this form on all new and established patients.

How can I pay my bill?

We have a convenient online bill pay set up here. You can mail a check to PrimeTime Urgent Care, 1618 Mars Hill Rd, Ste A, Watkinsville, GA 30677. If you have questions about your bill or if you’d like to pay over the phone you can always call the office.

Do you have EKG ability? XR? Can you repair lacerations?

Yes! We offer a wide range of urgent care services, including labs, EKGs, Xray and more! Please see our Services page for a more detailed list.

What insurance do your accept/participate with?

 We participate with. most major insurance carriers in the area, including government plans such as Medicare, Medicaid. For a more complete list click here. We are also happy to work with most of the faith based healthcare sharing plans as well. We do have special “cash pricing” for anyone who would prefer to pay at the time of service. 

Do you schedule appointments?

We work really hard to be available when you need us. Most of the time you can drive up and walk in and be seen right away. You can speed up your visit by registering and completing most of the paperwork with our HIPAA compliant, secure online registration. Call us when you arrive and we’ll get you in the next available room.
