The document below outlines how we handle your private health information and how we use that for record keeping and billing services. We communicate with your insurance company and our billing company to process claims. We will never  sell, market, distribute, or otherwise share your information with an unrelated third party.

For payments, we do not directly handle, see or store payment information. In the office, we use a secure encrypted credit card terminal to send your payment information directly to the processor. Our online checkout is hosted by Authorize.net, an online credit card processing gateway. Our payment pathways are PCI compliant and verified annually.
